Business Development Representative

About the Role:
Lands' End is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our Mid-Market Account Sales Team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing and growing existing accounts valued between $20K-$250K by identifying key decision makers and developing relationships to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with a dynamic sales and sales enablement team to achieve sales targets and create meaningful business relationships.
- Identify key decision-makers within existing accounts and establish strong relationships with them.
- Meet or exceed annual sales targets as presented by sales leadership.
- Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies and plans to achieve revenue and sales goals.
- Conduct thorough needs assessment with each customer to understand how they are using Lands' End products and uncover new sales opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a focus on Mid-Market clients.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
