Art Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Art Consultant to join our team at Lands' End. As an Art Consultant, you will play a crucial role in representing our brand to our School Uniform customers, providing exceptional customer service, and delivering creative solutions to meet their needs.

• Customer Service: Provide professional, extraordinary, and customer-friendly service to each client, ensuring a positive experience with Lands' End.
• Creative Solutions: Offer innovative solutions to issues while staying within business practices and guidelines, demonstrating a strong understanding of our brand and products.
• Relationship Building: Form deeper relationships with customers to create raving Lands' End brand fans, establishing trust and loyalty.
• Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough needs assessments with customers to understand their usage of LESU products, identify new sales opportunities, and logo needs.
• Sales Opportunities: Recognize sales opportunities and anticipate customer needs through active listening, working in a team relationship with the customer, LESU Sales/Sales Ops team, and various Lands' End departments.
• Logo Solutions: Assist customers in revising existing logos and/or creating new logo set-ups, providing knowledgeable assistance throughout the logo set-up process.
• Flexibility and Multitasking: Demonstrate a sense of flexibility, switching effortlessly from one job task to another, and maintaining focus and composure while overseeing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Lands' End Principles: Strong understanding of, and support for, the Lands' End Principles of Doing Business, establishing rapport with potential clients to create trust and interest.

• Sales Experience: Sales experience or strong aptitude to learn, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations.
• Customer Service Skills: Exceptional customer service skills, with a strong desire to serve the customer and provide extraordinary service.
• Communication Skills: Extraordinary communication skills (verbal and written), with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Team Player: Strong team player who is enthusiastic and positive, with a personable and genuine approach to interacting with customers and colleagues.
• Technical Skills: Strong PC skills, with proficiency in Excel, Word, or similar packages, and a proven ability to work independently.
• Initiative and Prioritization: Proven initiative-taker, with excellent prioritization, multi-tasking, and organizational skills, and a high level of ethics for self-reporting.
