As a key member of the Lands' End team, you will play a crucial role in driving category growth through the product development process. Your responsibilities will include financial planning, profit and loss analysis, and the development of new products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Design, Creative, Quality, and Inventory, to ensure the success of our products. Your expertise will be essential in developing and executing merchandising strategies that align with the company's vision and initiatives.

- Build strong relationships with cross-functional partners and prioritize projects from concept to completion.
Requirements:
- 5-10 years of experience in buying or merchandising, preferably in a catalog, specialty, or department store environment.
- 5-10 years of product development experience in apparel.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage projects from concept to completion within time constraints.
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
The salary range for this position is $70,400 - $129,200, and the company offers a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, health, dental, vision, and disability benefits. This position may also be eligible for annual merit increases, bonuses, and/or incentive compensation.
