We're proud to offer a state-of-the-art Critical Care Tower with three Cath Lab suites, one Electrophysiology suite, one Hybrid suite, two treatment rooms, and seventeen Same Day Surgery rooms. Our collaboration with nine cardiologists and two electrophysiologists ensures exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

As a Cardiovascular Imaging Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Preparing equipment before and during procedures
  • Identifying and assessing patient condition, preparing, positioning, and providing patient care
  • Maintaining a sterile environment

Professional Practice

You'll serve as a preceptor for new hires and radiology students, participate in orientation, and use downtime effectively by stocking rooms, checking equipment, and completing delegated tasks. A strong professional working relationship with physicians and leadership is essential for excellent patient care.


Qualifications
  • Complete Cath Lab RT Orientation within 6 months
  • Complete all competencies listed in department policy within 6 months

Education and Experience

Required qualifications include:

  • Completion of a 24-month formal Radiologic Technology program or military program, eligible and/or current RCIS
  • Previous Procedural Area experience preferred

Licensure and Certification
  • American Registry of Radiologic Technology registration
  • Cardiovascular (CV) or (CI) and/or (VI) certification preferred
  • Basic Life Support training required during orientation, with maintenance through re-training
  • Advanced Life Support training required within 6 months of hire and maintained through duration of employment

Competitive salary range: $27.84-$45.46/hr based on previous work experience.
