About Us:
Norman Regional Health System has emerged as a beacon of workplace excellence. We have an innovative cardiovascular program and we are looking for caring knowledgeable Registered Technologists to expand our cardiovascular program.
We will soon be moving to our new state-of-the-art Critical Care Tower, which will feature three Cath Lab suites, one Electrophysiology suite, one Hybrid suite, two treatment rooms, and seventeen Same Day Surgery rooms. We work closely with a team of nine cardiologists and two electrophysiologists.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Rad Technologist to join our Cath Lab Cardiovascular Program. As a Rad Technologist, you will prepare and operate equipment for cardiovascular procedures, ensuring a sterile environment and providing patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Prepares equipment before and during procedures
- Identifies and assesses patient condition. Prepares, positions, and provides patient care
- Establishes and maintains a sterile environment
- Serves as preceptor for new hires and radiology students and participates in the orientation of new staff
- Maintains strong professional working relationships with physicians and leadership to facilitate excellent patient care
Qualifications:
- Completion of 24-month formal program or military program of Radiologic Technology with American Registry of Radiologic Technologist eligible and/or current RCIS
- Previous Procedural Area experience preferred
- American Registry of Radiologic Technology registration with CV or CI certification preferred
- Basic Life Support training or re-training required during orientation prior to providing patient care
- Current Basic Life Support required to be maintained through re-training for duration of employment
Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary ranging from $27.84 to $45.46 per hour, based on previous work experience.
