  • Participate in site meetings and take detailed minutes for record-keeping.
  • Assist project managers with reminders regarding deadlines, communications, and material deliveries.

  • Strong attention to detail to manage various materials and documentation accurately.
  • Dependability and responsibility are crucial, as project managers will rely on your support.
  • Outgoing personality to effectively retrieve necessary paperwork from suppliers and team members.
  • Proficient in administrative and technical computer skills, including MS Office 365, Google Workspace, and Adobe Acrobat, with basic troubleshooting abilities.

Qualifications:

  • Postsecondary diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Prior administrative experience is preferred.
  • Familiarity with golf course layouts and operations is advantageous.
  • Bilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish, are considered a plus.
