Responsibilities Include:
- Manage all paperwork- packing slips, delivery tickets, fuel tracking, and project journals.
- Daily communication with administrative staff.
- Data Entry.
Basic Skills:
- Speaking, reading, writing, and basic business communication.
- Ability to work constructively in a team environment and independently.
- Must be attentive to detail, thorough, possess a strong work ethic, and be professional and courteous when working with others.
- Motivated, organized, and professional appearance.
Education and Experience:
- Previous golf course construction experience is an asset but not a requirement.
- Previous experience in survey and mapping along with computer-related skills required to process and distribute information for Clients, billing, and as-built documents is an asset but not a requirement.
- The postsecondary diploma is preferred but not essential.
- Strong Excel skills.
Training will be provided.
Job Type: Temporary.
Salary: $18.00 per hour.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday.
- Weekend availability.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Okatie, SC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work. (Required).
Experience: Microsoft Excel: 1 year. (Required).
Work Location: One location.
