Job Title: Site Clerk
**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Site Clerk to support our construction site staff with administrative duties. This is a temporary position that requires 32-40 hours per week.
**Responsibilities:**
* Manage all paperwork, including packing slips, delivery tickets, fuel tracking, and project journals.
* Maintain daily communication with administrative staff.
* Perform data entry tasks.
**Requirements:**
* Strong Excel skills.
* Ability to work constructively in a team environment and independently.
* Must be attentive to detail, thorough, possess a strong work ethic, and be professional and courteous when working with others.
* Motivated, organized, and professional appearance.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Previous golf course construction experience.
* Previous experience in survey and mapping along with computer-related skills required to process and distribute information for Clients, billing, and as-built documents.
**Training:**
Training will be provided.
**Job Type:** Temporary.
**Salary:** $18.00 per hour.
**Schedule:**
* Monday to Friday.
* Weekend availability.
**Ability to Commute/Relocate:**
* Okatie, SC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work.
**Experience:** Microsoft Excel: 1 year.
**Work Location:** One location.
