Responsibilities:
  • Perform a variety of administrative and clerical duties, including setting up and maintaining files, preparing routine reports and forms, and answering telephones.
  • Carry out assignments that may include summarizing reports and information to facilitate review by superiors, evaluating and resolving problems within scope of position, and planning and arranging conferences or meetings.
  • Assist with expense reports, monthly plans, hourly efficiency reports, and accounts receivables as assigned.
  • Research, summarize, and analyze information, and prepare special and recurring reports containing specialized or sensitive information.
  • Order and maintain office supplies, process purchasing requests, check requests, maintenance requests, or other requests for information.
  • Provide a wide variety of scheduling support and manage own tasks, reporting on delays and challenges as they arise.
  • Greet public or customers as appropriate for job functions, and behave in a polite, professional, and attentive manner.
Requirements:
  • High school education or GED.
  • 2 years' experience in office clerical support/admin role.
  • Knowledge of organizational structure, database, forms, and company policies and procedures related to job-specific tasks.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to prepare statistical and written reports, as well as presentations for management.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work to meet goals or deadlines.
  • Pass drug and background screen.
Work Environment:

The work environment is quiet, with occasional exposure to work near moving mechanical parts. The noise level is usually quiet.
