Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Corteva Agriscience. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our supervisors and colleagues.

Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to supervisors and colleagues, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule meetings and appointments, coordinate travel arrangements, and prepare itineraries as needed.
  • Expense Reporting: Process expense reports, invoices, and other financial documents in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, supervisors, and external stakeholders through strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve administrative issues and problems in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma required; associate's degree preferred.
  • Experience: At least two to three years of related administrative work experience.
  • Skills: General knowledge and technical skills related to the assigned department or work group; strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, based on location and experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and a retirement savings plan.
