Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Diversicare of Marion. As an LPN, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional care to residents and overseeing daily nursing operations.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills by supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and guiding them to deliver top-quality care. You will also be responsible for providing medication administration and resident support, ensuring optimal functioning for each individual.

The ideal candidate will have a current LPN license issued by the State Board of Nursing and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Qualifications

$62,000 - $75,000 per year (estimated salary based on experience and location)
