Buscamos un ingeniero frontend senior ambicioso y experimentado para unirse a Pinstripe. Como miembro fundador, serás fundamental para dar vida a la visión de nuestra empresa. Responsabilidades Clave:

  • Liderar el Desarrollo Móvil: Serás responsable del desarrollo frontend móvil de nuestra aplicación iOS, tomando decisiones arquitectónicas y de diseño clave que sentarán las bases de nuestro producto.
  • Colaborar con el Liderazgo: Trabajarás en estrecha colaboración con el equipo de liderazgo y diseño para asegurar que el producto sea hermoso, funcional y sin fallos.
  • Reclutar y Gestionar: A medida que crezcamos, reclutarás y gestionarás a otros ingenieros, convirtiéndote en un líder dentro de la organización.
  • Innovar y Crear: Desarrollarás nuevas características y mejorarás las existentes para garantizar una experiencia de compra fluida para nuestros usuarios.

Calificaciones:

  • Más de 3 años de experiencia con Swift UI.
  • Título universitario en Ciencias de la Computación o un campo relacionado.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y colaboración, con la capacidad de explicar conceptos técnicos complejos a audiencias no técnicas.
  • Cómodo trabajando en entornos altamente empresariales con altos niveles de ambigüedad e incertidumbre.
