Clinical Educator

As a Clinical Educator, you will have the opportunity to develop strong leadership and educator skills, interact with peers in the healthcare setting without patient care responsibilities, and be at the forefront of innovative medical device technology.
About the RoleThis per-diem position requires national travel to support customer needs, with a minimum of 2 assignments/month averaging 5 days/assignment. You will be responsible for providing peer-to-peer education and in-servicing to nurses, physicians, and hospital staff to support medical device implementations, as well as basic education on multiple Infusion products.
Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality education and training programs to healthcare professionals on the latest medical device technologies.
- Assess customer-specific education needs and collaborate with staff to deliver a positive educational experience.
- Utilize clinical/nursing expertise to answer questions and address concerns with the medical device.
- Provide updates, reports, and valuable feedback to clients during and after in-service assignments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement education strategies that meet customer needs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure education programs remain relevant and effective.
- 2+ years of experience in a clinical or nursing role, preferably with leadership experience.
- Strong understanding of medical device technology and its applications in healthcare.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to travel nationally, with a minimum of 2 assignments/month averaging 5 days/assignment.
- Strong computer skills and experience working with software programs.
- Intermediate to advanced level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn new software applications quickly.

Salary and BenefitsThe potential base pay range for this role is $25 per hour. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors, including job-related qualifications, location, and/or schedule.
