What We Do:

As an Escrow Officer at Anywhere Real Estate, you will be the key to home ownership. You will be the human link between our process and people, ensuring that all associated paperwork is completed efficiently and accurately. You will work with agents and their clients to keep the process moving forward, verifying that titles are clean, taxes are paid, and loans are funded.

Your Responsibilities:

Verify all paperwork is complete to ensure timely and error-free closings.
Work with lenders and underwriters to ensure all I's are dotted and T's are crossed to fund and complete transactions.
Establish and maintain relationships with essential industry players, including agents, attorneys, lenders, surveyors, and government agencies.
Train escrow assistants to open opportunities for advancement and delegate tasks effectively.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent, with a focus on continuing education courses as required.
Two to three years of escrow experience, with both front- and back-end experience.
Notary public and escrow officer licenses.
Technical knowledge of the closing process and proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to keep agents, buyers, sellers, and other parties up to date with the process and work with them to resolve issues.
