Health Office Nurse

The Environmental Charter School is seeking a dedicated and motivated Health Office Nurse to support the health and well-being of our school community.
This role works under the supervision of the Certified School Nurse to deliver vision screenings, health screenings, growth screenings, episodic care, and first aid, as well as manage individual health plans and control acute and chronic diseases among students.
The Health Office Nurse will work closely with teachers, support staff, and administration to ensure the health and well-being of our students.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Certified School Nurse in delivering health services to students
- Manage individual health plans and control acute and chronic diseases
- Work closely with teachers, support staff, and administration to ensure student health and well-being
Requirements:
- 2 years of nursing experience; school health experience preferred
- PA nurse licensure
- Skilled in Google platform
- Willingness to travel between school buildings
Benefits:
- Minimum annualized starting salary of $41,741 up to a maximum starting salary of $47,741 (prorated for part-time schedule)
- Paid time off

Clearances current within one year of hire date will be required and include Arrest/Conviction Disclosure, Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearance (Act 151), Pennsylvania State Police Criminal Record Clearance (Act 114), FBI Criminal Background Check, and Arrest/Conviction disclosure.
Commonwealth of PA Sexual Misconduct/Abuse Disclosure Release (Act 168) and Mandated Reporter Training also will be required.
