Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests warmly and take their orders, efficiently processing cash and credit transactions.
  • Skillfully mix and serve a variety of beverages, ensuring quality and presentation.
  • Maintain compliance with all alcohol service regulations, including verifying guest identification to confirm age requirements.
  • Follow cash handling procedures meticulously.
  • Set up and dismantle workstations, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation.
  • Conduct inventory checks and maintain appropriate stock levels.
  • Deliver outstanding guest service by anticipating needs and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Foster a positive atmosphere for guests, clients, and colleagues alike.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in bartending is preferred.
  • Familiarity with bartending principles, recipes, and contemporary trends.
  • Ability to obtain all necessary alcohol service certifications as required by Aramark and local regulations.
  • Exemplary hospitality skills, friendliness, and extensive beverage knowledge.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.
  • Physical capability to lift and carry items weighing up to 25 lbs.

  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
