Job Summary:

Hill Country Barbecue Market is seeking skilled bartenders to enhance our customer experience. As a tribute to traditional Central Texas barbecue, we offer freshly smoked meats daily, accompanied by seasonal sides, specials, and desserts.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve guests with respect, kindness, and punctuality.
  • Engage guests in our menu and cuisine offerings.
  • Upsell guests on specials, cocktails, and add-ons.
  • Close out checks with accuracy.
  • Maintain an impeccably clean and organized workstation.
  • Collaborate with hosts, bussers, bartenders, and managers in a team environment.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in bartending.
  • Comfortable with high-volume drink-making and careful cocktail creation.
  • Experience with Aloha and NY food safety standards is a plus.
  • Ability to work parties and large groups.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Open availability for Full-Time and Part-Time positions.
