Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests warmly and take their drink orders, processing both cash and credit transactions efficiently.
  • Skillfully mix and serve a variety of beverages, ensuring adherence to established service standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including setup and breakdown procedures.
  • Conduct inventory checks and ensure adequate stock levels of all beverage offerings.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by anticipating guest needs and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Uphold all safety and alcohol service regulations, including verifying guest identification.
  • Foster a positive and friendly atmosphere for guests and colleagues alike.

Compensation: The hourly wage for this role ranges from $24.26, contingent upon various factors such as experience, skills, and market conditions. Additional compensation may include performance bonuses or commissions where applicable.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in bartending is preferred.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Physical capability to lift and carry items up to 25 lbs.
