Position Overview

Are you ready to elevate your bartending skills? As a Beverage Service Expert with Aramark, you will immerse yourself in the art of mixology, crafting both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for our esteemed guests. Your role will involve not only serving drinks but also creating memorable experiences through exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests and accurately take drink orders while processing cash and credit transactions.
  • Skillfully mix and serve a variety of beverages, ensuring adherence to established alcohol service policies.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, including setup and breakdown.
  • Conduct inventory checks and ensure that all products are stocked appropriately.
  • Deliver outstanding guest service by anticipating needs and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Uphold a positive and professional demeanor towards guests and colleagues.
  • Safeguard company assets and adhere to cash handling procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in bartending is preferred.
  • Familiarity with bartending principles, recipes, and current beverage trends.
  • Ability to obtain all necessary alcohol service certifications as required by Aramark and local regulations.
  • Exemplary hospitality skills, friendliness, and extensive beverage knowledge.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Physical capability to lift and carry items up to 25 lbs.
  • Willingness to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Compensation and Benefits:

The hourly wage for this position ranges from $24.26, based on skills, qualifications, and experience. Additional compensation may include bonuses or commissions where applicable.
