Role Overview

The Client Intake Coordinator will play a crucial role in helping potential clients understand the services offered by Headlight. This position will report directly to our Client Intake Team Lead.

Clients typically discover Headlight's services through various channels, including our website, provider referrals, insurance referrals, and online clinical directories.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with individuals seeking to enhance their mental health, assess their needs, and determine eligibility for our outpatient therapy or medical services.
  • Match clients with suitable Headlight clinicians based on their specific needs and preferences.
  • Ensure a smooth transition for new clients by facilitating their first intake appointment.
  • Utilize Headlight's matching software to connect clients with appropriate clinicians.
  • Maintain a calming demeanor while navigating multiple technology platforms, including our electronic health records system.
  • Adhere to all organizational policies and procedures, ensuring a high standard of care and compliance with legal requirements.
Qualifications
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proven time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.

  • Experience in the medical or mental health field is preferred.
