As a key member of the safety team at Premier Paths, the **EHS Operations Manager** will play a crucial role in overseeing all aspects of Environmental, Health, Safety, and Security operations at the facility. This position is integral to the Site Leadership Team.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Implement and manage comprehensive environmental, safety, health, security, industrial hygiene, and loss prevention initiatives across the organization.
  • Ensure adherence to all applicable Federal, State, and Local regulations through effective compliance programs.
  • Monitor and enforce safety policies, procedures, and regulations consistently throughout the site.
  • Provide mentorship and constructive feedback to direct reports and ensure a culture of safety among all employees.
  • Design and execute strategic plans for EHSS initiatives to enhance site performance.
  • Drive continuous improvement in EHSS programs and overall safety performance.
  • Maintain ISO 9001:2000 certifications by ensuring compliance with established processes and procedures.
  • Lead the Plant Safety Committee and manage the budget for the Emergency Response Team.
  • Act as the site representative for various safety and regulatory groups.
  • Oversee the maintenance of the wastewater management system.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree coupled with extensive industry experience.
  • Thorough understanding of safety, environmental, and security regulations at all governmental levels.
  • Experience in wastewater operations is preferred.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in managing teams.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10%.
