Position Summary

We are seeking a qualified Equipment Maintenance Specialist to join our ranks at VENU+. If you are an experienced individual looking for a rewarding position within the entertainment industry, this role is tailored for you. As an equipment maintenance specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal operation of our machinery at various entertainment locations, including theme parks, zoos, and casinos. This independent contractor position offers the flexibility to showcase your skills in an engaging work setting.

Core Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on diverse equipment such as strollers, wheelchairs, ECVs, lockers, and arcade machines
  • Quickly diagnose and resolve issues with precision
  • Exhibit expertise in using a wide array of tools for equipment repair
  • Keep detailed maintenance logs and documentation
  • Adhere to safety regulations and industry standards during all maintenance and repair activities
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify and mitigate potential safety risks

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience as an equipment maintenance specialist in a related field
  • Mechanical knowledge with an emphasis on fleet mobility services is a plus
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to understand technical manuals and blueprints
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to perform effectively under pressure while maintaining, servicing, and troubleshooting equipment
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and on-call shifts
  • Must possess personal tools and equipment
