We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Facilities Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Aramark. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our locations, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a positive and efficient customer service demeanor towards customers, clients, and colleagues.
• Ensure all assigned areas and corridors are clean, neat, and sanitary, adhering to preventative maintenance procedures.
• Inspect and use judgment to determine the most effective cleaning techniques.
• Demonstrate safe and efficient use of housekeeping equipment and solutions.
• Disinfect and sterilize equipment and supplies, using germicides and sterilizing equipment.
• Employ universal precautions when disposing of trash and bio-hazardous materials.
• Keep carts properly stocked with equipment and cleaning supplies.
• Promote effective interpersonal and interdisciplinary relationships, maintaining professional conduct at all times.
• Assist in improving productivity and efficient operations of the department.
• Demonstrate commitment to professional growth and competence by adherence to component and departmental training commitments.

Qualifications:

• Past cleaning experience preferred.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, senior management, and Aramark support staff.
• Ability to respond effectively to changing demands.

This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
