Tax Support Specialist

H&R Block is seeking a highly organized and people-focused Tax Support Specialist to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.
Job Description
The primary responsibility of this role is to provide exceptional customer service to clients in a fast-paced environment. Key duties include greeting clients in a friendly and inviting manner, matching clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs, scheduling clients according to their preferences, and ensuring that all current and future client needs are met. Additionally, this role will involve maintaining office cleanliness and organization of resources in collaboration with team members.
Estimated Salary Range
$35,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be highly organized and able to multitask, and have a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and prior experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.
