About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Clinician to join our team at Volunteers of America Massachusetts. As a key member of our integrated care team, you will provide mental health services to clients with a range of needs, including anxiety, depression, and substance use disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct individual, couples, family, and group sessions with clients
  • Develop and implement individualized action plans focused on mental health and substance use
  • Attend weekly clinical supervision and staff meetings
  • Participate in crisis intervention services and provide timely assessments and referrals
Requirements
  • Master's degree in mental health counseling, social work, or a related field
  • Active license in MA (LMHC, LICSW, or LADCI) or eligibility for licensure
  • At least one year of experience working with clients with substance use disorders and mental health issues
  • Experience working with diverse populations and a range of diagnoses
