Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Dispatch Coordinator. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for handling all incoming phone calls, scheduling jobs, and maintaining crew schedules. Responsibilities
  • Handle all incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Schedule jobs and maintain crew schedules to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Perform detailed and accurate data entry into our job scheduling software.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.

What You'll Need
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
