Job Overview

Talent Corps is seeking a highly skilled Electrical Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of electrical projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Management: Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Project Monitoring and Control: Regularly monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and make adjustments as necessary to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Resource Management: Effectively manage project resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to ensure optimal project outcomes.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor team members, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to succeed.
  • Estimating and Budgeting: Develop detailed estimates and budgets for electrical projects, taking into account complex electrical testing requirements.
  • Code Compliance: Ensure that all electrical projects are designed and constructed in accordance with relevant codes and standards.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical project management, with a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale electrical projects.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations, as well as excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Education and Certifications: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, and relevant certifications (e.g. PE, LEED AP).
  • Software and Tools: Proficiency in project management software and tools, including MS Project, Asana, and Trello.
  • Personal Qualities: Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a willingness to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
