We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical Engineer to join our team at Enercon Services. As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will play a key role in coordinating with diverse teams, reviewing designs, and driving technical excellence in power systems at our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Technical Leadership: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to review and check designs, drawings, and data prepared by other engineers or subcontractors.
  • Project Management: Prepare design studies and project scopes, make recommendations based on knowledge and experience, and direct and oversee routine and advanced technical work performed by others on assigned projects.
  • Technical Expertise: Develop and maintain broad knowledge of precedents in the industry, devise new approaches to technical problems, and prepare electrical equipment procurement and installation specifications.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work effectively in teams, participate in reviewing and checking designs, and prepare electrical equipment procurement and installation specifications.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university and a minimum of 7 years of power system design experience.
  • Technical Skills: SKM and/or ETAP experience, protection and controls experience, and experience in electrical codes, standards, and criteria for power systems.
  • Soft Skills: Proficient in Word and Excel, good writing, presentation, and communication skills, and ability to be an individual contributor and work effectively in teams.
