Job Overview

Alspach Construction & Electric, a reputable commercial electrical company in the Tampa Bay Area, is seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee small to medium-sized projects, managing a team of 2-5 electricians.
  • Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
  • Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and expectations.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation and timelines.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise.
  • Collaborate with the electrical team to ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Manage and maintain electrical equipment, tools, and vehicles.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an electrical foreman or lead electrician.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing electrical projects.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical codes, regulations, and safety protocols.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
  • Proficient in electrical testing and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with electrical estimating and bidding.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Medical and generator experience.
  • Knowledge of National Electrical Code (NEC) and local codes.
