Key Responsibilities of the BCBA:
  • Maintain an active and unrestricted BCBA Certification.
  • Possess or be eligible for the LBA credential in New York State.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and re-evaluations for children diagnosed with ASD, collaborating with caregivers to establish meaningful goals and treatment strategies.
  • Design and analyze data-driven behavior intervention plans.
  • Supervise Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) assigned to cases, providing behavioral skills training and performance feedback while ensuring clinical integrity in home settings.
  • Work in partnership with parents, behavioral therapists, and the clinical care team to enhance patient outcomes.

Additionally, candidates should be prepared to meet the physical demands of the role, which may include frequent sitting on the floor, getting up from the floor, and engaging in physical activities with children.

Bilingual Spanish-speaking candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
