Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:
  • Possess an active and unencumbered BCBA Certification.
  • Hold an LBA credential (or be eligible) in New York State.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and reassessments for children diagnosed with ASD, collaborating with caregivers to establish meaningful goals and treatment plans.
  • Design and analyze data-driven behavior intervention strategies.
  • Supervise Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) assigned to cases, incorporating behavioral skills training and providing specific performance feedback while maintaining clinical integrity in home settings.
  • Work closely with parents, behavioral therapists, and the clinical care team to enhance patient outcomes.

Additionally, candidates must be able to meet the physical demands of the role, which may include frequent sitting on the floor, standing up, and engaging in physical activities with children.

Bilingual Spanish-speaking candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
