Key Responsibilities & Requirements for BCBAs:
  • Possess an active and unencumbered BCBA Certification.
  • Hold an LBA credential (or be eligible) in New York State.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and reassessments for children diagnosed with ASD, collaborating with caregivers to establish meaningful goals and treatment plans.
  • Design and analyze data-driven behavior intervention strategies.
  • Supervise BTs/RBTs assigned to cases, incorporating behavioral skills training and providing specific performance feedback while maintaining clinical integrity in home settings.
  • Work collaboratively with parents, behavioral therapists, and the clinical care team to enhance patient outcomes.

Applicants should be prepared to meet the physical demands of the role, which may include frequent sitting on the floor, getting up from the floor, and engaging in physical activities with children.
