Collaborative Care
We partner with Physical, Occupational, and Speech Language Pathology specialists from Paradigm Health, ensuring that families receive holistic support in one convenient location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain an active and unencumbered BCBA Certification.
  • Possess or be eligible for an LBA credential in New York State.
  • Exhibit exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and reassessments for children diagnosed with ASD, collaborating with caregivers to establish meaningful goals and treatment strategies.
  • Design and evaluate data-driven behavior intervention plans.
  • Supervise Behavioral Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) assigned to cases, incorporating behavioral skills training and providing specific performance feedback while ensuring clinical integrity in home settings.
  • Work collaboratively with parents, behavioral therapists, and the clinical care team to enhance patient outcomes.
  • Meet the physical demands of the role, including frequent sitting on the floor, standing up, and engaging in active play with children.
  • Bilingual Spanish-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply.
