We are seeking highly skilled and dedicated ABA therapists/teachers to join our team at All About Kids. As an ABA therapist/teacher, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality ABA services to children and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized ABA treatment plans for children with autism and other developmental disabilities.
- Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to children in their homes or classrooms, incorporating play-based and naturalistic ABA teaching methods.
- Collect and analyze data to track progress and make data-driven decisions to inform treatment plans.
- Collaborate with parents and other professionals to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to supporting children's needs.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices in ABA.
- Minimum of 10-12 hours of previous ABA training or willingness to be trained.
- Reliable transportation, driver's license, and car insurance.
- Proficiency with computers and knowledge of electronic billing systems.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent time management, punctuality, and readiness to work.
- BA/MA/MS and New York State certification in one of the following areas:
- Special Education Permanent Certificate.
- Students with Disabilities Birth - Grade 2.
- Teacher for Students with Speech and Language Disabilities (TSSLD).
- Teacher of the Speech and Hearing Handicapped (TSHH).
- Teacher of the Deaf/Vision.
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
- Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW).
- School Psychologist.
- Licensed Psychologist.
- BCBA/ LBA.
- $65-$75 per 60 minutes.
- Work for a company with over 30 years of experience in the field.
