Reconstruction Project Supervisor
The Supervisor is accountable for effectively directing and overseeing all reconstruction initiatives to ensure they are completed successfully, on schedule, and within budget for the local Paul Davis office.

Compensation Package: Up to $60,000 - $70,000 PLUS Monthly Uncapped Bonus Structure

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage the initiation and completion of reconstruction projects utilizing company resources and subcontractor services.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients and insurance carriers regarding project status.
  • Generate work orders for various projects.
  • Coordinate scheduling for vendors and subcontractors to ensure timely repairs.
  • Supervise an on-site Foreman for each project.
  • Procure necessary materials.
  • Review estimates as required, aligning budgets with expectations alongside the project estimator.
  • Provide weekly progress updates on all active projects.
  • Monitor job sites for safety concerns, quality assurance, and training opportunities.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Experience in Construction and Project Management / Supervision.
  • A minimum of three to five years of Management or Leadership experience in the Restoration/Construction sector.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Associate or Bachelor's Degree.
