Responsibilities:
  • Lead and oversee all human resources operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory compliance.
  • Manage risk mitigation strategies related to human resources and ensure compliance with labor laws, banking regulations, and affirmative action policies.
  • Partner with business leaders to identify employee training needs and implement effective learning and development programs.
  • Develop and execute strategies for salary payroll operations, personnel records, salary administration, and recruitment initiatives.
  • Collaborate with external service providers (HRIS systems, legal counsel, auditors, administrators, and consultants) to secure cost-effective and high-quality services.
  • Provide strategic HR recommendations to leadership to drive employee engagement, retention, and performance.
  • Ensure compliance with all HR policies, procedures, and federal/state employment laws.
