This is a full-time salaried position: Monday - Friday, 1st shift.

- Role will be hybrid out of Somerset, NJ (HQ) or Philadelphia, PA.

The Senior Manager, Human Resources CSS will support the commercial team
by developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business objectives. The Senior Manager, Human Resources CSS role involves overseeing talent management, employee engagement, organizational design, and HR operations to ensure a high-performing and motivated workforce.

The Role:
  • Collaborate with the VP HR CSS to develop and execute HR strategies that support the commercial division's goals
  • Provide HR leadership and guidance to commercial team leaders and employees
  • Partner with TA on the recruitment and selection process for the commercial team to attract top talent
  • Manage performance management systems to drive high performance and career development
  • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale and
    productivity
  • Oversee the implementation of competitive compensation and benefits programs
    for the commercial team
  • Manage HR operations, including employee relations, HR policies, and compliance for the commercial team
  • Utilize HR metrics and analytics to inform decision-making and improve HR processes
  • Other duties as assigned
The Candidate:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, required; Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 8 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within a commercial or sales-driven environment
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Individual may be required to sit, stand, walk regularly and occasionally lift 0-15 pounds
