About the Role

MJK Connections LLC is seeking a seasoned Marketing Manager, Customer Retention and Engagement to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive customer retention strategies that drive business growth and customer lifetime value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Retention Strategies: Create, optimize, and evolve retention strategies leveraging various marketing channels to drive customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Partner with Client Success and Business Development teams to understand how marketing can help with customer retention and develop effective strategies to drive business results.
  • Design and Execute Email Communications: Coordinate the design and execution of email communications and landing pages in cooperation with the marketing, product, and design teams.
  • Strengthen Customer Relationships: Create strategies to strengthen our relationship with our customers throughout their lifecycle with the end goal of maximizing customer retention.
  • Drive Learning and Optimization: Drive learning and optimization of the customer funnel through experimentation, creative iteration, and A/B testing.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Collaborate with internal teams, including product, client success, and business development, to drive business results.
  • Analyze and Communicate Results: Pull data, analyze, and communicate results to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven Track Record: Proven track record of working at the strategic and tactical level to develop and execute innovative customer relationship marketing initiatives.
  • CRM Experience: Solid understanding of CRM and experience with CRM strategy.
  • Analytical Skills: Superior analytical and quantitative skills, with experience using data and metrics to test theories, confirm assumptions, and measure success.
  • Project Management: Experience managing and driving multiple sophisticated projects and competing priorities simultaneously.
  • Problem-Solving: Proven ability to identify, analyze, and solve ambiguous problems with an extreme attention to detail.
  • Fast-Paced Environment: Thrives in a high-energy, fast-paced environment where tactical initiatives are driven.
