We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Residential Marketing Associate to join our team at Andersen Corporation/Renewal by Andersen. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for engaging with homeowners in targeted neighborhoods, providing information and knowledge, and generating appointments to provide homeowners with pricing and information on their future window and door projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with homeowners in targeted neighborhoods to build trust and credibility.
  • Provide homeowners with opportunities to receive a no-cost, in-home consultation from our Design Consultant team.
  • Utilize our mapping program and business applications to accurately track and record house-to-house information and data.
  • Collaborate with the Canvassing Program Manager to identify and implement strategies to improve the effectiveness of our canvassing program.
  • Stay up-to-date on Renewal by Andersen's methodology, products, and current promotional offerings.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
  • Reliable transportation to navigate to and from work.
  • Strong verbal communication skills.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Physically able to stand and walk 3 to 5 miles a day.
