Clinical Support Specialist

**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Bilingual Mental Health Clinician to join our team at Mount Prospect Academy. As a key member of our Community Based Services team, you will play a vital role in providing short-term support and stabilization to individuals and families in need.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish clear treatment goals and provide clinically appropriate recommendations for treatment and interventions.
- Direct the activities of other team members to ensure client and family interactions are goal-oriented and clinically appropriate.
- Provide clinical support for individuals and their families to overcome obstacles, identify strengths, and develop support networks.
- Offer support, education, and guidance to assist in developing structure, routines, effective parenting skills, positive communication, safety, and behavioral plans.
- Conduct home visits and provide services based on individual and family needs, such as nutrition and meal planning, household budgeting, and hygiene planning.

Requirements
- Master's degree in social work (MSW), mental health counseling (MHC), or a related field (LMFT, LICSW, LCSW, BCBA, LADC, etc.).
- Bilingual proficiency.
- Valid driver's license with insured transportation and willingness to travel throughout the region to clients' homes.
- Background check, driving, and other record checks required.
