Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Plasma Center Technician to join our team. As a Plasma Center Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our plasma collection center, including screening donors, collecting plasma, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:- Screen donors for eligibility and collect plasma samples
- Operate and maintain plasmapheresis machines
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of donor information and plasma collection
- Provide exceptional customer service to donors and employees
- Work collaboratively with the management team to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift up to 5 lbs. and occasional lifting of materials up to 32 lbs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience working in a healthcare or regulated environment
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
We offer a competitive starting hourly wage of $16.00, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, and paid time off.
