As a Medical Screener, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and safety of our plasma products.
Responsibilities- Greet donors and provide a positive experience
- Perform phlebotomy duties, including setup, verification, and operation of plasmapheresis equipment
- Coordinate donors and compensate them using the Debit Card system
- Stock supplies and maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Attend staff meetings and collaborate with other center roles to ensure safety and provide excellent customer service
- Experience in a laboratory, hospital, or regulated environment is a plus
- Ability to work in a production environment with occasional lifting of materials up to 32 lbs
- Must have fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to hear equipment sounds from a distance
- Due to potential exposure to blood-borne pathogens, 90% of work tasks require prolonged glove wear
