Job SummaryWe're seeking a Medical Screener to join our team at BioLife Plasma Services. As a Medical Screener, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our donors. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will make a real difference in the lives of our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Screen new and repeat donors to ensure their safety and eligibility to donate
- Take and record donor vital signs and finger stick results
- Use your attention to detail to identify operational opportunities for continuous improvement
- Initiate changes to center processes as needed, through the use of company-approved procedures
- Work a variety of shifts, including Saturdays and Sundays, and holidays
- Experience working in a regulated environment, such as a hospital, lab, or food service
- Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Occasional lifting of materials up to 32 lbs
