We are seeking a highly skilled Environmental Health Specialist to join our team at Della Infotech Inc. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading staffing company and contribute to the success of our clients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and improving all aspects of our Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) program. This includes compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as developing and executing objectives to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing EHS policies and procedures
  • Conducting site visits and providing support to site teams
  • Identifying and developing processes for simplification and improvement
  • Coordinating EHS activities, including injury investigation and reduction, training completion, and metrics verification
  • Performing data analysis and reporting on key EHS metrics

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in EHS, excellent communication and coaching skills, and the ability to partner and influence across functional teams. A bachelor's degree in EHS, engineering, science, or a technical field is required, as well as a minimum of 3 years of demonstrated EHS leadership experience.
