Maintenance Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Maintenance Coordinator to join our team at Fetch Home Management LLC. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all maintenance-related activities for a portfolio of properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with tenants, vendors, and property managers to ensure timely and quality completion of maintenance work orders.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors to ensure efficient and cost-effective maintenance services.
- Interface with city officials and inspectors to ensure compliance with local codes and regulations.
- Manage maintenance inventory, including tools, materials, and equipment, and initiate orders when supplies are low.
- Coordinate and execute material runs for necessary parts, supplies, and tools.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required; vocational training or certifications in building maintenance, construction, or property management preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in a maintenance coordinator or property management role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with strong communication abilities to interact with tenants, vendors, and property managers.
