Assembly Technician

Rainier Industries, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a skilled Assembly Technician to join our Display division. As an Assembly Technician, you will play a crucial role in producing high-quality products, including wayfinding signage, wallpaper vinyl graphics, retail displays, industrial art, and more.
Key Responsibilities:- Operate basic shop equipment, such as laminators and cutters, to produce high-quality products.
- Analyze and troubleshoot mechanical issues to ensure efficient production.
- Work independently with minimal supervision and as a team to meet production schedules.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure smooth production processes.
- Meet quality standards by maintaining attention to detail and ensuring accurate measurements.
- Prior manufacturing or fabrication experience required.
- Prior sign shop and/or experience in large format digital printing required.
- Ability to lift and maneuver 35-75lb materials on a regular basis.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to analyze and troubleshoot.
- Proficiency with computers and ability to communicate in English.
- Competitive hourly rate: $19.29 - $24.00 per hour, depending on experience and skill level.
