Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor to join our team at JBS USA. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our production line, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of hourly employees on the production line.
  • Ensure the safety and motivation of all employees supervised.
  • Prepare pre-operational paperwork and adhere to all union regulations.
  • Administer follow-up training on all personnel on the line.
  • Directly responsible for discipline procedures with hourly employees on the line.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 1-2 years background experience in packing house.
  • Knowledge of products and their specifications.
  • Good communication skills, including the ability to motivate workers.
  • Bilingual is important, but not mandatory.

Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary range of $58,800 - $78,000.
  • Eligibility for the Company's annual bonus plan.
  • Benefits package including vision, medical, and dental coverage.
  • 401(k) plan with company match.
