Systems Integration Analyst

Position Overview:
The Systems Integration Analyst will collaborate closely with the Customer Systems Integration (CSI) team. This role is pivotal in utilizing ETL tools to enhance customer integrations and streamline business processes through effective software implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Systems Integration Analyst, you will:
- Evaluate customer requirements for new or modified integration functionalities and draft comprehensive business specifications.
- Engage with customers to discuss desired changes and prepare detailed specification documents.
- Develop technical specifications to guide the integration process.
- Participate in the analysis, design, development, and programming of solutions.
- Review requirements and propose alternative solutions where necessary.
- Engage in prototyping solutions for validation purposes.
- Assist in the development of solutions and conduct thorough testing to ensure alignment with business specifications.
- Execute performance tests to assess the impact of changes on existing functionalities.
- Maintain and review customer integration data interfaces to ensure accuracy.
- Oversee the regular file load and data transfer processes, ensuring data integrity.
- Provide support to customers, addressing a range of inquiries from straightforward to complex issues.
- Assist in generating ad-hoc reports and analyses as needed.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Business Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 4 to 6 years of experience with data transformation tools.
- Proficiency in SQL, cXML, EDI, JSON, APIs, and ETL tools.
- Familiarity with Cleo Clarify is considered an advantage.
