Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with business stakeholders to outline omni-channel functionalities and devise phased implementation strategies.
  • Facilitate planning workshops and design discussions to evaluate business requirements and desired functionalities.
  • Investigate and assess customer interactions to inform product/platform development direction.
  • Monitor customer, operational, and financial implications in partnership with product owners.
  • Articulate user stories, use cases, and process/data flow diagrams to fulfill business objectives.
  • Generate business and technical design documentation and collaborate with development teams to ensure effective functional outcomes.
  • Perform feasibility and impact assessments, identify dependencies, and propose solutions to mitigate potential risks.
  • Guide junior Business Systems Analysts and remain informed on industry advancements and technologies.
Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of experience in business systems analysis with a solid understanding of software architecture patterns and various operating systems.
  • Proficiency with the Atlassian suite, Microsoft Office, and exceptional communication abilities.
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited U.S. university.
