We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Manufacturing CSR to join our team at Argus Technical Services. As a key member of our team, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing exceptional customer service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming phone calls, directing them to the appropriate staff member or taking messages.
  • Process work orders with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Coordinate daily shipping paperwork and tracking.
  • Assist customers with product issues and take orders over the phone.
  • Provide clerical support to various departments as needed.
  • Maintain conference rooms and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • 1+ year of experience in data entry or as a receptionist in an office environment.
  • Pleasant and articulate phone voice.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Quick learner with excellent attention to detail.
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office products and data entry.
  • Ability to work independently in an open office environment.

This role typically works Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, with flexibility to adjust start and end times to meet business needs.
